Referral forms must be submitted before customers contact Red Door Homes via the Internet, telephone, or in person. If a prior contact record has been set, no referral fees will be owed or paid. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. One spouse cannot refer to the other or immediate family members who will be living in the home. Not available to Red Door Homes sales personnel or their immediate families. Promotion can be discontinued anytime without notice. In the case of duplicate referrals for a single individual, a referral fee will only be paid to the referring party referenced by the buyer at the time of the contract.
